The 32nd Home and Condo Show from March 12-15 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, going to be promotional property show as property firms will launch special promotions to boost the sales figure for the first quarter. The estimated target is about Bt3 billion in sales from the estimated 120,000 visitors or more. Not just the property firms, banks will also offer special financial packages for people who buy homes during the show.
MK Real Estate offers discounts of up to Bt100,000 per unit in its nine projects in nine locations. The company also offers free air-conditioners for all of the bedrooms in these units.
Ananda Development has launched a marketing campaign called "Big Deals", offering discounts of up to Bt500,000 at its eight residential projects, both condominiums and detached houses, until March 15.
AP (Thailand) is offering discounts of up to Bt40,000 for its Aspire Sathorn-Taksin project between March 16 and 22.
Atoll Similan Reef, which features detached houses priced between Bt3.4 and Bt4.2 million, waives transfer fees and offers furniture.
