The new link between Chaeng Wattana and Chaiyapruek roads, is the next destination for four developers (Property Perfect, SC Asset Corporation, Pruksa Real Estate and Sansiri) of residential projects worth more than Bt20 billion in total. The developments are near the new campus of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, which is on 215 rai (34.4 hectares) near Chaeng Wattana Road and Rama IV Bridge. The road cost Bt400 million to build.
Accordingly,” Chainid Adhyanasakul, chief executive officer of Property Perfect in a press release “We have 400 rai close to the university, with plans to develop residential projects worth Bt10.17 billion at prices from Bt4 million to more than Bt60 million per unit to serve the strong demand in the market.
At the same location, SC Asset Corp plans to launch Bangkok Boulevard Chaeng Wattana, consisting of detached houses priced from Bt7 million to Bt10 million, in the third quarter of this year.
Pruksa plans to open sales for another detached-housing project, Passorn Prestige, at prices ranging from Bt5 million to more than Bt10 million.
Sansiri’s detached-housing project will debut in this location in the second half of this year.
